We currently ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and selected international destinations.

Shipping Carriers

We ship our orders using trusted international carriers such as:

  • YunExpress
  • USPS
  • DHL / FedEx (for selected destinations)

The carrier used depends on your location and order volume.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–8 business days after production is completed.
  • Custom-made and personalized items require additional processing time.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

  • Production Time: 3–8 business days
  • Shipping Time: 15–20 business days after dispatch
  • Receiving Time: Production Time + Shipping Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refusal of delivery

The customer may be responsible for reshipping fees. Refunds may exclude original shipping costs.

Tracking Delays

Tracking updates may experience delays due to:

  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Local carrier delays

Please allow additional time before contacting support regarding tracking updates.

Customs Clearance Delays

Customs inspections may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
These delays are not considered shipping delays and do not qualify for immediate refunds.

Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times.
