Refund Policy
Our refund policy allows customers to request a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
After this 30-day period, we regret that refunds or exchanges cannot be accommodated.
We kindly ask customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are only applicable for damaged or defective items and must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In the original packaging
Please note that reshipping fees are not covered under our refund policy.
⚠️ Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Once confirmed, we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Items are not eligible for exchange due to size or measurement issues if the item shipped matches the size or variant selected at checkout.
However, if the incorrect size or variant was sent due to our error, we will accept an exchange or refund request.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- In the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
Returns are not accepted for size or measurement issues if the correct size or variant was shipped, unless the error was made by us.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
